it is my pleasure to express my appreciation for all the staff for making my stay comfortable and pleasant .it very nice and clean hotel and everybody did their best to make me feel like i am at home .especial thanks to Ahmad and Ahmad and Ali and to all who i do not recall their names and were very helpful during my stay .Ibis hotel is the best choice to stay .

Very good service and warm welcome. Reception organised taxis for us and were very helpful in all ways. Rooms clean and tidy, not very big but has everything you need.Good location and excellent value for money. Will use this hotel again when next in Amman

I would like to personally thank Al zaben for his assistance during my stay at Ibis Amman. I was extremely sick and had to go to an ER. Al Zaben was very helpful as he provided detailed guidance on where and how to get to the hospital.

IBIS Amman is the best Place to stay. Very kind and supportive staff. Specially Mr. Ahmad Alzaben. He is really very kind and helpful gentlemen.
Very Good hotel, it is economy, Comfort, very good Clean ( Mr. Maher and Mr. Ahmad Bakheet) near to market. Specially the best And very helpful staff.

I had a very nice stay. Even there are these windows you can not open . Mainly because the staff is very friendly. And they keep entertaining me with âtowel artâ
