Room is Oke, but Television in my Room not same as my friend room...
The Receptionist mentioned that slipper already in room, when i get in my room there's only one pair slipper, I expect there's 2 pair slipper and I already call Receptionist but there's no action about it, talk only.
Men's Toilet near Lift access in Lobby Floor when I come in , the smell is very terrible, maybe someone used it a few minutes before i come in.
The Hospitality is Very Good and Nice Service when I talk to Receptionist and in F&B waitress is also nice too.
Hope Ibis Bali Kuta can give more facility to guest

As the title of the review states, its better than the usual IBIS hotels in developed countries. We only stayed for a night, but the overall check in, in room dinning, breakfast was really great. Breakfast was really good. It is closer to the airport and closer to the main attractions as well.

Stayed at the hotel for one night, close to airport. Very modern, pretty clean, great price. Room is on a smaller size but has high ceilings and smartly designed. Clean, good water pressure in the shower.
The best part - staff. Very nice and honest. I left my purse in the lobby/restaurant area, with passport and cash, and we fell asleep in the room right away. Woke up the next morning, realized i dont have my purse, they had it at the reception. They couldn't bring it to the room, since they didn't know who it belongs too. Room was on my boyfriend's name.
Definitely recommend!

Without reading any reviews upon booking through traveloka, I booked a room in this hotel.
And while checking out the hotel on tripadvisor, I coincidently read some of reviews.
Surprised due to many bad reviews about noises and bad services, I contacted Ibis Kuta 2 days prior to my arrival.
I asked Yuni and Wina to give me:
Twin beds
Quite room on the top floor
Far from lift/elevator.
When I checked in, Hanum gave me the room that I wanted.
Room 630 was quiet.
Good working AC
Spacious
Clean.
I couldn't be happier. Room 630 is worth it. Very quiet even though I saw from the window, many rooms were occupied.
I slept well in one of the noisiest hotel near airport.
But FYI:
1. Ibis room is the same mostly, the bathroom is small semi rounded space but the room is spacious.
2. Central AC is set to 23 celcious. This is the lowest temperature you could get.
3. If you can only sleep without light; that is fine. But if you need a dim light, you need to cover the blinding lamps with your clothes because there is no dim light.
Just put it around the light and you get a warm light.
(But not too thick clothes because it could cause fire)
4. If you need quiet room, you should ask for rooms on the corner. Don't ask for room around elevator, because people come and go very often. You won't sleep well there.
5. The cleaning service will always knock on your door delivering kits you don't ask. Probably they just expect you to give them tip.
6. If you stay more than one night and enter your room after it is cleaned, check everything. The cleaning service deliberately don't put basic amenities. So you have to ask them over and over patiently.
For example, on the second day they didn't give me tissue, water and towels. So I ask the cleaning service to bring me these items.
I didn't tip them.
7. No matter how hard you complain about the bad odor from the water coming out from the head shower, the hotel cannot do anything. The plumbing and the drain are clogged.
8. Better arrange the taxi yourself via online because the staff are always busy.
9. This is transit hotel so you just sleep and chill. This is not a hotel for honeymooners or resort.
Do not expect friendliness or super good service like in a 5 stars hotel becuse this is a transit hotel and the staff just do their job.
10. Discuss with the staff politely if you want to complain. If you are polite, the staff will fulfill all of your requests.
11. The late check out is only until 1 PM. If you check out after 1 PM or 6 PM, half price is paid during check out. (I paid 200 K IDR for late check out at 5 PM because my flight was at 7 PM)
Ibis Kuta is not the best but it is good. I thank the hotel for fulfilling all of my requests.

Nice staff and hotel, closed to the airport and some shop near ... the room a bit small .. and in the night a bit noice with people around the hotel, because the room not soundproof... but the staff was make it nice stay
