We was put in a room that looked nice so we went out for the day when we came back in the evening we found thier was no heating !!!! We was offered a refund but told we would have to find another room as their was none available from that night except the one we had booked . They offered free breakfast so after a cold night we woke up to free breakfast but this was poor no hot food at all and all the food was empty . I have stayed in some Ibis all over Europe but this was not good to sleep in a cold room that had no heating working . When we left no one even asked how was we to be fair itâs good they didnt as we would have told them the truth .

The person on reception was very cheerful & helpful with check-in being relatively quick.
I have used this hotel a number of times now to visit a yearly event in Antwerp.
Our room was adequate & reasonably clean, although there were unidentified stains on the wall of the toilet which no one had ever appeared to have tried to wipe off. This has pretty much been the same on previous visit.
Breakfast was pretty basic & by the time we went 08:15 there was only cheese & salami left to go with the rolls.
The saying 'you get what you pay for' really covers this hotel. That said, I would use the hotel again as I know what I am getting.
The location isn't great as it is in an industrial area which means you have drive anywhere for food, or go into the Novotel next door 7 use their restaurant which is a bit pricey.

When we arrived, there was blood all over the toilet paper in our room which was quite disgusting. We had to go to the front desk for them to replace it. Although the rest of the room was clean, it gave me a bad feeling. We had to go to the front desk twice - once to extend to the late check out and once to check out - both times, there was no one at the front desk. It was disappointing.

Cheap hotel in the middle of nowhere, there's literally nothing in the area, we had to take the car to reach the closest restaurant for dinner, which was 5 minutes away by car . The room was very simple but clean.
Breakfast was not included.

It is a budget hotel. What can you say? We stayed one night only. Very friendly stuff. Parking is free. We did not buy breakfast so I can't say. Small rooms, very compact. This hotel is good for a short stay.
