First of all the bed duvet spotting... Already tell the receptionist and duvet was changed, but while I try to sleep the bed sheet is spotted... Too bad for an Accor hotel couldn't keep what is the name of cleanliness. The bathroom is small and the shower door was full of rusts. Toilet knobs already not good and the shower was not maximum... Will not recommend this hotel for my friends and family.

It was an awesome experience ive got.. hotel rooms were nice, clean, and cozy. Hotel staff also good and did an excellent sevrvice. Pak Subhan, pak deni bu dwi and bu raras in reception was really helpfull. Pak Ryo and pak mono as a restaurant team, also pak yono as a housekeeping was also good. Thank you ibis jakarta senen

This was really good value for the price. And the service was excellent. The included breakfast was good. Taxis were available right at the entrance. Would stay again. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The room was nice for such a cheap price. If only they add free breakfast, even just a simple one like toast and butter. The location was reachable from Gambir Station and easy to get to Atrium Plaza.

I would call this Ibis hotel a "minimalist Ibis" for its affordable price and relatively smaller room dimension than most Ibis. The price is lower than most other Ibis. Commensurate with that, guests get smaller room and less TV channels, but other than that the overall experience is satisfying. However I would like to point out the unevenness in shower condition. I frequently stay at Ibis Senen so that I can compare rooms. On the top of my list is the shower. Most shower facility is okay but in Room 921 the faucet can not stand on its own, in Room 706 the water pressure is low, both make taking shower harder for guests.
