Had a few more nights here during recent travels, check in fast with all new staff. Night times nobody had a clue about the Ibis business Card so had to explain each time. **Proper training is so important!**
Many thanks to the new staff member for bringing the electric radiator to my room, much appreciated.
I do however, want to say a big thank you to Jesús for his superb work at breakfast. His hard work doesn't go unnoticed by customers in the morning, always goes out of his way to help and even when busy, has a smile - A real asset to Ibis Northampton. Much appreciated. Thanks all for a pleasant stay.

I stayed at Ibis northampton centre from 27th December 2017 to 18th January 2018, i had a wonderful stay.
The location of the hotel is in town centre with stores, train station, north gate bus station, eating joints etc within 5 minutes of walking distance.
Hotel staff including everyone was very nice, helpful and hospitable. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay and of its convenience..

I stayed here for 2 nights with work last week. I had a room away from the road and it was quiet (apart from people talking in the corridor as they walked past) and clean.
The breakfast was ok but there was no porridge and nobody to ask for it.
If the Ibis put signs out not to talk in the corridors it would be better.
The staff on the front desk were friendly and welcoming.
The menu was uninspiring but thereâs a great restaurant opposite.

Week-end break to watch the Saints, room clean/ bed comfortable/ shower good and breakfast was fine. Location excellent, 5 minutes walk into town center with some good ale houses to choose from. Staff at the hotel were very helpful.

Good price for room but just for the basics. Do not drink in the bar; £3.75 for a 330ml beer-scandalous! The draught lager was off to ensure purchases of bottled lager at premium prices. Rooms basic + good enough for price.
