Thank you Ibis Styles Solo team (espc Pak Ismoyo & Bu Felina) for the support in locating my accidentally-left earphone when I checked out and already went back to my hometown.
I was pleased to know that not only Ibis Styles always cater to my needs of a hotel (simplicity, cleanliness, strategic location, friendliness) they also help to seek out my left belonging .

Basically this hotel has offer anything you need from a hotel; good location, great price and excellent service/facilities.
The check in process is very quick, considering that we arrived in the middle of midnight. And a day before arrival, they called me to reconfirm our stay.
The pool also great, and kids will love it for sure.
The room is clean and nice, enough for you to get a good-night-sleep.
In front of the hotel, there were a lot of Becak, so if you need to stroll around in Solo, its very easy for you to get a "becak-ride"

it has almost everything for affordable price: good location (near to malls and museums), clean and well managed. the pool is much enjoyable with families. breakfast is variate with local food. needs to improve little for elevator (should be separate for luggage) and parking (separate exit from novotel). it was so comfort during the three days staying there, it gives you little extra happiness for the price you paid

stay for 3 nights with friendly service from hotel staff. Rooms are nice, comfortable and clean. Breakfast with a varied menu and delicious. rekomended for who will visit solo city soon. Room rates suitable for business travel.

I like the clean, minimalism design, simple yet proper room.
I rest very well.
The staffs are very helpful and informative, from front desk, bell boys.
When I inquired for ironing (prepared for quick service) - I was directed for ironing room, which was very good - as sometimes I just need to iron out some small wrinkles on clothes. This service is beneficial.
I enjoyed the massage service in the room, with very well trained ladies. I asked for "kerokan" and yes... got it with very proper handling. Respect to Mrs Tini who helped me curing my "masuk angin"
