Ibis Styles Surabaya City Center Hotel do have a excellent team of front desk staffs!
I've encountered some difficult issue during check-in on 25/01/18. And luckily, thanks to Ms. Nabilla and Ms. Tasya, they had been in a great help of retrieving back my important lost item. They have shown their professionalism and patience during the whole process.
Overall, i am really satisfied the kind of customer service, Ibis Surabaya City Center Hotel had provided. Customer Service do matter in today's service line market.

It's great to stay here.I stayed here for one night.I like minimalis concept of this hotels.Ibis Hotel very clean and minimalis hotels.I will come here again for bussiness
If you take breakfast in the morning you will meet stewardess :)

Great Hotel
i Stayed here for 1 night only because there's some business that make me have to stay one night in surabaya
Location:
this hotel has a great location which is near to every where (government office, business center etc)
Staff:
The staff Here so friendly, the check in process was so smooth and fast as usual
Room:
the room 916 was so okay for me, because this hotel are more like a business hotel so the room for me was comfy, clean and was like ibis as usual
Facilities:
facilities in this hotel quite complete i think, from the lobby into a meeting room this hotel has everything what a business people needs.
Food:
for me the breakfast quite delicious with a lot of variant of food. but there's some food that might be more even better.
Price:
the price is reasonable and worth it for me, if you compare between another hotel which located near from airport and with all the facilities and benefit that you get the price its reasonable
Minus: there's something minus about the hotel and i believe that this point could be a consideration for the management for getting better in the furute
1. amenities inside the room it's only for 1 person, maybe the management can put more of amenities such as razor, shaving cream and etc.
2. the towel NEED REPLACEMENT. the towel that i get when i going inside the room is not white anymore. the white color little bit degradation color.
however for me i'll be back if i had a chance to visit surabaya next time

TheHotel are very well located, clean and comfort as Ibis Standard Quality.
Easy to access to Convention center and shopping mall also dining restaurants.
THE ONLY MINUS IS THE TOWEL...REALY NEED REPLACEMENT

stayed here for 2 nights, the room was average but it's clean.
the staffs very helpful from check in till check out.
you will not difficult to find many restaurant near hotel and you can walk
not so far to Tunjungan Plaza mall.
