What I like from this hotel is the location is so strategic easy to go everywehere just near by.Food variety on breakfast is a lot you know, and I love it. The room is clean with city view, and again I love it. The last thing you should know is the service Awesome!!.. friendly staff, helpful and quick respond, and ofcoz I love it :)

First of all, the hotel already changed name. It's Hotel Arcadia instead Ibis Rajawali. But, for easier trip, when you take a public transport, just say Ibis Rajawali ðð»
Reception:
Come in, state my name, 2-3 minutes, check in already. Nice~
Room:
The room is OK. 2 things that got my attention. First, I got a great view (lvl 7). Second, the bed is spacious ð
Bathroom:
For those who have big body, it will a little bit tiny. If you're doing your "business", don't open the door, because it will hit your knee. Ouch.
It doesn't provide tootbrush, and the towel need to be replaced. It's teared here & there. Please change the towel with the new one ðð»
Food:
The selection is not a lot. However, doesn't mean the taste is bad. It's quite good actually ð
Overall:
If you have a business/meeting someone around this area, and looking for a nice, quite hotel to spend a night, this is your choice. Don't expect to find modern malls here though.

Ibis is a modern hotel, but it is located in old tradional area that should be preserved. It has such a special kind of atmospere. They have neat room and also good food. They have nice meeting room for business.

Great hotel with great location, near from Jembatan Merah Plaza, House of Sampoerna, Heroes Monument. The reception was very helpful during my stay at Ibis and for the breakfast is pretty good. So highly recommended!

We booked this hotel during visited Madura Island for an event. Since it's internationally network hotel, so everything will get better than other local taste hotel in Madura Island. The location is close to Madura. Only 15 minutes through Suramadu Bridge. Close to the Mall (Jembatan Merah Plaza) and other heritage historically place in Surabaya.
Rooms not so spacious but confey enough, check in ran so smooth, staffs are very friendly and helpfull, breakfast menu comes with traditionally meals with delightfull taste. Worth to rebook in the future.
