Hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the West Railway Station, slightly off the beaten track. Check in and check out quick. Service smiling and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms clean - standard Ibis size, comfortable beds.

I wouild like to warn everyone who pays by the credit card, The hotel charge you automatically in your local currency instead of PLN. Using exteremely disadvantageous exchange rate you pay 8% more you would pay in PLN!

I had very unpleasant check-in and stay experience in this hotel on 1st of January
During check-in i wasn't offered any benefits related to my silver membership and the girl was very rude in terms of customer communication.
Ibis has 15 min policy to fix issues. I reported heating problem (it was very cold in the room) to Kacper at the reception and in stead of trying to solve the problem he replied "it is not my problem and i don't know what to do"
I've been staying many times in this hotel and it's getting worse in therms of service.

Standard and fairly efficient business hotel. The room had a decent size and was clean. Room windows and what is behind them are often the thing that makes a difference between a great and terrible room, and I was very satisfied about them here: outlook over a park and the windows well insulated so as to completely mask the construction noise from below. For a chain hotel, the restaurant offered a surprisingly rich selection of meals, and the quality of my pasta was very satisfactory. The only questionable experience of my whole stay was the one with restaurant service: courteous it was, no doubt about that, but at one point - exactly at the one when I wanted to order a dessert - the waitress completely disappeared for about half an hour. Well, let's say it made me cancel my dessert plans. :) Breakfast was ok and quite rich, though I would welcome some plain oatmeal in addition to all the fancy sweetened corn flakes. The front desk service was efficient though a bit reserved, but then again, it is a business hotel. One last big plus is the closeness to the Warsaw West train station: reach the airport in 40 minutes without taking a taxi! Would gladly stay here again.

That has been the first time I stayed here in almost five years, but the quality of service is as good as always. My stay was short and intensive, but all my requirements have been met or exceeded. Well done!
