Nice place my family enjoyed the rooms are well maintain with proper and all modern amenties and rooms are quite big and spacious also and temple may be 2 to 3 km far from hotel above full value for money

It was very pleasant experience in Hotel Icchapurti Sai Residency. Rooms are specious. Specially its bird sanctuary & fish aquarium are amazing. Aquarium is far better than Taraporwala. Overall cleanliness is remarkable. Kids enjoys a lot. They should upgrade/change their food service. Everyone must visit this place. Many spots are exist for photoshoot.

Hotel rooms are good big, clean and prescious. Room service also good. But rates is costly as compared to hotels around that area.
Restaurant food available inside the hotel is horrible in taste.
The place has very good tourist attractions ie. Collection of various types of birds and fish . The campus is huge and has free entry to visit there birds and fish aquarium.
Even if you don't wish to stay in this hotel you are welcome to roam around this place.
My kids enjoyed this place so I am happy even if I have paid a lot for the rooms.
My suggestion to everyone of you if you visit Shirdi please do come and explore this wonderful place. The collection of birds and fish you won't not see even in Tarapore aquarium and Rani chi baug in Mumbai.

The hotel is named as Sai Palki Niwara, and located about 2kms from Sai Baba Temple. They provide shuttle service to visit the temple. Rooms are big and suited if you are 4-5people and want to stay in the same room. They have 3-4bed rooms available. The property is beautifully constructed and has a huge lawn and pond with Ducks and peacocks. Huge statues of deities and a Ganesh Temple is located in the building. Theirs a Restaurent located within the hotel. Rooms are neat and big. Hot Water is available only from 6am-10am , bathrooms dont have geyser attached, so that could be an issue if you wake up late. Overall the staff is courteous.

This hotel accommodates 6 people in each room. Very good for family with 4+ people. They even provide pickup and drop facility till mandir premises. Decent budget hotel with minimum amenities at a very competitive price. Property is well maintained. Dont expect 3 star facilities, its a decent budget hotel @ competitive price.
