Love this hotel, great atmosphere there today. Lots of staff to deal with customers in bar. 2 lovely managers in the bar that were very attentive and pleasant to watch and see especially Jim! Keep up the great work

I travel a lot with work and it is so important that hotels take this is in to consideration and Imperial hotel does this with arriving late and been tried to be met by a smiling welcoming smile of Amy who gave me direction to the car park also informing me that she could see I was tried if I wanted I could leave my car outside the door and she would put a disc on it for me such a lovely touch .My room was beautiful with soft robe just what I needed I. ordered room service and this was delivered again by a smiling face and was very tasty . Breakfast was hot and lots of choice. Myself and my colleagues were met by Manager Sinead for breakfast and she again just showed why the staff know how to look after their guests .Imperial hotel is the only place to stay in cork *****star treatment

From check in to check out only a super experience. Very caring and welcoming staff at check in. Helped with parking and local information.
Room very luxurious and spotless. comfortable bed. Had a great nights sleep.
Location could not be better for Corks Restaurant and Pub scene.
After a delicious breakfast we sadly parted this wonderful hotel.

What a brilliant experience for afternoon tea. Great teas , coffees , pastries and sandwiches. Great atmosphere in the French inspired coffee room with luxury white line. A real treat of an afternoon for all the ladies after our Christmas shopping. The staff were very efficient and friendly. A true sign of a family run hotel.

Only stayed here for one night and the hotel itself is situated right in the middle of the city so bars and shop's are a walk way. We had a triple room and it was comfortable and suitable for us . We did drink in the bar it's bright and busy we enjoyed chatting to the bar manager and the lady manager who seemed to be going to each department helping showing great support to a busy bar which was lovely to see the food was good and the service was perfect .Great hotel .
