This is the most beautiful hotel Iâve stayed in in Osaka.
The rooms are HUGE, which is an oddity in Japan. Itâs decorated in glamorous high Art Deco style, which I love.
It is perfectly and serenely located, if not too easily accessible by train (the station is about a 10minute walk from the lobby).
Thereâs a mall right beside it, which makes things very easy.

I felt so comfortable at the Imperial Hotel I did not want to leave. A great welcome to Japan. We were in room 1904 and enjoyed a view over the city which was especially enjoyable at night when the city lights came up. The decor is timeless, soft, well finished, light and enriched by the wooden fittings. Great in house restaurants (especially enjoyed the sushi/sashimi bar on the 24th floor). The breakfast room is beautifully situated on the ground floor with floor to ceiling windows looking on to the river and the cherry tree lined path which runs beside the river which is great for a morning or evening walk. The hotel is out from the main shopping district but a regular shuttle bus with courteous drivers gets you there and back in about 15 minutes. It stops at the Osaka Station. All staff that we engaged with were courteous, helpful and obliging. Thank you.

We had the pleasure of staying here just one night but really wished we had longer. Having stayed at the Imperial Hotel in Tokyo, we had high expectations, but actually I think Imperial Osaka was an even more enjoyable stay. It's a older, more traditional hotel where the staff really treat their guests well. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed as though we were special guests. The rooms are beautiful, large king size and very comfortable bed.Our room overlooked the river and the view was very pleasant indeed. The marble bathroom is beautiful with luxurious towels and lovely well thought of amenities. Breakfast had enough variety for us to enjoy many different kinds of food both western and Japanese. This is a luxurious hotel, well deserved of its reputation and we would definitely stay here again next time we visit Osaka. It's well located and links to the OAP (Osaka Amenity Park) Tower next door offering dining and shopping facilities.

From the moment you walk in you can feel the comfort of this hotel.
Reception have reasonable English, very efficient and friendly. Rooms were a good size for a family of 4. Beds nice and big and comfy. Very clean and neat. Located next to AOP plaza so could get a bit too eat with our walking to far. Located between two train stations about 10 min walk. A little outside/ away from down town but still a great location.

We stayed in Imperial Osaka for 5 nights/ 6 days in December 2017 from Christmas Day . We had a great experience .
The room was spacious, tidy , nice and good amenities . The housekeeping was excellent . The concierge staff including Emi Shimada, Emi Yasugi, Naoko Arikado were great.
The staff were professional and courteous . The turnaround time for any request was extremely quick . The hotel environment was fabulous and the shuttle bus to Osaka station was efficient.
The hospitality was great and overall it was a fantastic experience for us which made our Osaka trip a truly enjoyable and memorable one .
