I stayed here on business twice in a short period of time and spend a good time too............though they could be improve their pickup service..... Room rates are reasonable for the area and near to the airport.....in the morning it takes me only 25min to reach.check-in experience was good.....The lobby ambassador lady was really pretty....good luck for them....

1. Breakfast, need to add more variety. Chicken pizza being served at breakfast?
2. Room carpets needs to be vacuumed on a daily basis & cleaned for stains on a regular basis.
3. Broken wardrobe door needs to be fixed.

The Innotel is an exceptional hotel in a good location in Banani. We were there for 7 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The security is excellent and all the staff are very polite and helpful. We had a suite room which was large with good air conditioning. There was a comfy bed, TV, sitting area, desk, fridge, mini-bar and the newspaper under the door each day. The WIFI worked very well. The bathroom was very clean and hot water was flowing. The breakfast was fantastic with so many options anyone who cannot find something to eat should not be travelling. We really enjoyed the breakfast table by the window to watch the world go by before heading out for the day. We do not have one negative comment about the Innotel and would absolutely stay there again.

We stayed two friends here for one week. We had prebooked and found the place clean and tidy. We both had big rom with a lot of space and a sofa set. Price was USD 94 pr night.
At first sight it seems to be a nice modern place. However after 5 days here I can tell you that not all i perfect. During daytime the staff phone in the corridor rings at all times - a real disturbance! One morning the vell rang in all rooms at 6 am - and all had a not booked wakeup call. We were never told why.
The breakfast is simple and local style. And the coffee is terrible! The management MUST invest in a proper coffeemachine.
Next time we will look for a better place.

Visited Bangladesh for a business trip and stayed at the hotel for two weeks. This is a small hotel situated at the heart of Banani. Rooms are small but nice and clean. They have a good breakfast and food in the restaurant is also good. The staff of the hotel is very helpful.
