We stayed 2 nights at ANA with our IHG Membership. The service staff had been very nice and patient in explaining all the benefits of IHG member which included 2 complimentary drinks, free golf putting session, free 1 hour of child playarea/daycare, discounted shopping, etc.
The let us check in earlier because we had our 4 year old son with us.
The room was very clean and we had a nice view of the aqua chapel facing the sea. The staff was always friendly and greeted us as we approached.
The amenities at this resort hotel is amazing. The outdoor pool is huge and heated with kid and adult section. Hotel has access to a wonderful beach but we went during winter so it was cold. The jacuzzi and sauna is outdoor and detached from the hotel. We love this because it was glass igloo design. Perfect for watch the stars at night while sitting in a jacuzzi. The resort offers many entertainment with couple of restaurant choices. In summer, they have beach amusement park where kids/adults can play on portable slides and obstacles.
Note that tattoos are forbidden in saunas, pools, jacuzzis like most places in Japan due to their association with gangs.
The hotel is remote so travelling around was expensive. Food wasn't cheap either. Hiring taxi is pretty pricey around here.
After we checked out, we received a huge bag full of locally made candy. Now that is awesome.

The scenery surrounding the hotel is really amazing with many activities eg paddle boarding etc. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel because of the helpful staff, comfortable bed, nice view and public bath.
There is a bus station outside off the hotel which you could take at an affordable price to most of the attraction in Okinawa. If unsure head over to the information counter and the staff will do their best to help you.
I would definitely stay there again if I were to visit Okinawa.

The food as a lot to be desired, but that goes with any hotel trying to feed hundreds of people with in a few hrs. The staff though, Wow, the hotel has become more foreigner friendly as they had people from other countries working in the restaurant area. As I speak Japanese it really doesn`t effect me personally, but we did notice other guest getting help and service was always with a warm smile. Anytime I eat some where it`s how i feel when I am with my Family that is important to me, and my daughter and I enjoyed our breakfast and time together. Very Comfortable, a bit high priced for the type and few selections, but like I said the job that it takes to feed that many people in a short time has to be a challenge.

They are main island of Okinawa but the beach and sea are still decent. There are free ride to their private beach (just a few seconds, you are there though) and towels and light snacks available on the beach. There are some restaurants in the beach area and you can charge bills in your room. An Italian restaurant is good. The staff is great in the hotel and the executive room which I stayed offered free drinks in the executive floor bar and saw the amazing sunset from their rooftop.

Nothing but good things to say about this place. The property has a welcoming vibe, from the open interior, the pool deck out back, and even the trail you can take to the beach with the fun recreational activities.
The room was nice had great view, I even turned off the AC opened the patio door just to hear the ocean as I relaxed. The staff at the club lounge are the best. They can make reservations for anything you'd like to do during your stay. Their customer service cannot be beat!
They also have quite a few dining options there on the property and some that are just a quick walk or quick shuttle bus ride away. I highly recommend Salvatore Cuomo if you're in the mood for Italian.
