Huge hotel designed for conferences. Good location right on the Ginza line. However, the hotel applies internet filters and blocks access to many sites that they deem offensive (ie Gay and Lesbian sites). The doormen are very friendly and willing to assist in locating companionship and witnessed many of these ladies in the halls, as well as heard them as they kept us up in the middle of the night (let me be clear, there is nothing remotely romantic about this hotel and no one would ever plan an anniversary or romantic getaway at the ANA Intercontinental).

After a bad start to the trip, being delayed by the unusual snow fall, it was excellent to have a smiling face and lovely hotel to rest in. Recommended for any business traveler that needs to be in the region.

We stayed on the Club floor, which is the only way to go. Complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, pre dinner drinks and snacks. For the price - the room was disappointingly small. Also lack of Japanese bath house - Onsen - was disappointing, having trudged around Tokyo all day a long soak would have been very welcomed. The standout of this property is its unparalleled service. Fabulous.... didn't have to lift a finger. Bookings made, services sought out, all done efficiently and discretion. Concierge and lobby manager, possibly the tallest man on the planet, really made the stay special. Fabulous dimly lit bar with quality jazz playing was a favourite each night after we returned from dinner. Well located

Had to stay again for business in Ana Intercontinental hotel and was this time appointed a newly refurbished Club room. Disappointing.
The new bed was very uncomfortable. As you see on the attached photo; a firm mattress on wooden board bed-base...well actually just a plank. A slatted bed-base would have at least been better and be able to shape the mattress around the spine.
The bathroom was this horrible nowadays trendy 'fish bowl' glass bathroom. So cramped that the towel rack is located above the toilet seat. When you switch on the light the glass does get frosted but still no privacy regarding noise. Door did not even closed properly. And the bathroom just seems to take all the space of the room.

Sitting in DaVinciâs having an Old Fashion listening to Piano and Bass music relaxing before a big day of work in Japan. Great selection of Whisk(e)y. Incredible service paying attention to the customer is a priority. You can relax in the comfort of the lounge area or sit at the bar. Both equally good. Bar tenders are great.
