We stayed there for three days and I can say that Nestor Serrao from the Concierge was a great help. I had planned this short trip and had asked Nestor to organize my trips during my stay. He did a wonderful job. I also want to thank Duty Manager, Rakesh Wagh, Supervisor Prasad Bata and Rashmi Purswani from the reception who were very helpful and made our stay comfortable.
The rooms are decent and I would suggest it to be updated and upgraded as it feels more like staying in a Holiday Inn standard room than an Intercontinental room, but over all it is neat and comfortable. I loved the location and the people who work there.

This place is awesome, from staff to amenities, everything is perfect, the best place for a romantic evening with your loved one is Dome, with lovely sea view. From kebab korner to long and short gastrobar everything is beyond amazing. Superb Experience

I was not surprised to read another review which was written very recently on Tripadvisor which was not complimentary about the roof top bar. The staff were so disinterested it was outrageous. We had one drink......struggled to find somebody to pay and there wasn't so much as a thank you or anything!!!......we left and went down the road to The Oberoi.......and the service there was exquisite. It's not that much more expensive either!!! oh, and don't expect to use their wifi either because they refuse to give you the password unless you are staying there. Go elsewhere.

One of the best boutique hotel I have ever stayed. Excellent location right on the sea, big rooms with sea view. Food is amazing specially at kebab korner with excellent service. I loved the breakfast buffet spread at long and short restaurant and that to in front of the sea. Iceing on the cake is bar on the terrace called dome you can see the beautiful sun set while having a glass of beer. Front office staff is very polite and helpful. Thanks all for making my stay memorable. I will surely visit again soon.

I must say, excellent service, wonderfully pleasant staffs, great location providing a beautiful view of the Arabian sea. I stayed there for three days; I was travelling for business purposes. It was a very pleasant experience.
