Everyone we had an interaction with was so nice and accommodating! The hotel lobby and pool area was very nice and well done. The rooms were a bit dated, we had to change rooms due to a very strong moldy smell, I thought I would get used to it but just couldn't do it!. We had breakfast in the room and after a few minor mishaps in communication everything was really tasty. We were leaving on a flight the next day and they were very helpful in storing our bags for the day.

Nice hotel. very conscious of security. good breakfast bar. Very neat rooms with nice view and amazing toiletries. Ladies, don't pass up on their toiletries. In fact I request that the hotel should give us the contact of their toiletries supplier. Its in the heart of the City and not too far from the cultural centre where you can get amazing artifacts (for tourists).

The Intercontinental, like other building in the same neighborhood of Nairobi, have the advantage of central location, but it is also a bit old. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are convenient conference facilities, indoor and outdoor restaurant, shop, gym, and swimming pool.
The rooms are OK, but I had to change because of noise coming from the nearby construction which did not stop even at 11PM. Fortunately staff helped to switch rooms very quickly.
The breakfast selection was not as good as in similar hotels. Lunch and dinner buffet was better.
The hotel car for airport pick up on arrival was available and the driver helpful, even handing out room key (nevertheless, you still need to register).
Overall, the hotel is OK for tourists or business travelers, but there are better ones in Nairobi.

An amazing experience, great and helpful stuff, many attractions available. You cannot be bored there. The hotel offer 1 day Safari, price-wise affordable. The rooms are very nice and cosy. Its not a very new hotel. Security at the entrance remind me the one at the airport. You can feel save inside. Outside there is no many white people so we felt a bit as a local attraction there. I wouldnât recommend to go alone and far outside the hotel. I would rather use the trips offers by the hotel.

Everything with hotel is worth to spend. Food you can customize the way you want to have. Rooms are really good and fresh with fresh air. Security arrangement is very nice. Pool side bar is awesome.
