Everything about this beautiful hotel is outstanding. Our room was gorgeous ( we were on a club floor). However, my daughter and her friend also had an outstanding room an were not on the club floor. It may have been the nicest hotel bathroom I have every had the total pleasure of immersing myself in:) The breakfast buffet was incredible which is an achievement as we were delighted with all our food offerings in Japan. Fabulous bar with incredible views. The decor throughout the hotel was impeccable. Location was great for tourist activities (obviously cannot speak about business). My daughter is in the industry and she too was blown away by the service and overall excellence of this property.

Stayed one night during February. Special thanks to Mr. Palacoeur for his assistance before our arrival. He was very welcoming and pleasant to work with.
Location: Can't beat it. Located near the Osaka Station meant reaching every part of Osaka through JR lines easy.
Room: We were upgraded to a Deluxe Twin Room as Platinum members before our arrival. Room was beautiful with a large bathroom. Equipped with a bathtub and Argaria amenities, it was all we need after a long day of walking. Room was definitely large based on Japan standards.
Service: Check-in was speedy, as with check-out. Encountered no issues and staff were friendly.
Overall, definitely a luxurious choice when staying in Osaka! Very satisfied.

This is my favorite IC property. Everything deserves praise - from the welcoming reception, generously sized room offering great comfort and amenities, wide range of choices for breakfast, exceptional housekeeping staff to the staff courteously greeting and sending you off at the elevator. Keep up the great work!

My family & I stayed for 3 nights before a cruise, and wish we had stayed longer!
This is a lovely hotel and the staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone is so welcoming.
We arrived early and stored our bags to go exploring. The Grand Front Plaza shopping mall, which connects to Osaka train station adjoins the hotel and houses all kinds of retail shops, cafes and restaurants. This in itself is a great place to explore!
The rooms are spacious, quiet, very clean, modern and serviced daily. Still water is complimentary and replenished each day. The bathroom amenities were of a high quality too.
We had lovely views of the city and also construction sites across the road which were fascinating both day and night - not noisy at all and a hive of activity!
The staff were so warm and helpful with anything we asked of them, from directions to booking transport to ideas for sightseeing.
The buffet breakfast was very tasty with both Japanese and western offerings. A very good way to start the day.
The surrounding area is pleasant with many little stores around for any supplies you may need. My Dad & I spent an interesting evening hunting for tea bags, which are not always prevalent! Especially with my limited Japanese skills! We did find them at a nearby 7/11 though.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka!

Stayed at this property during New Year's 2018. Been to Osaka a couple of time and this is the best hotel in the city. Hotel staff were attentive and rooms were spacious. It is conveniently located near train stations.
