Great for couple or business. Fantastic location directly at the square and walking street. Very helpful staff. Clean. The breafast if very worth getting. Free port wine. We would differently suggest to drink as much Port wine in Portugal as possible we love it!

Starting with the hotel itself, it was just so fun and quirky with each floor having a different theme - itâs not called Design hotel for nothing. Our room had a view of the main square which added to the experience, it was clean, sleek and unique and quality of the toiletries offered were lovely - a small detail, but small details make all the difference and I felt this hotel paid attention to all the small details. The location was perfect and exactly what we needed as first time visitors to Lisbon. On top of the hotel itself being splendid, it was the friendly and above-and-beyond service that made the stay memorable. The staff behind the desk genuinely seemed to be happy to help and had pride in talking about Lisbon... giving the exact kind of advice youâd need to hear as a first time visitor. There was one man in particular (canât remember his name unfortunately, wore glasses I believe), that really took the extra step to make sure we had a wonderful experience in Lisbon, which we in turn, did :) thanks for the lovely stay. Would highly recommend this place!
p.s. Iâm pretty sure we saw Adrien Brody in the lobby, so that in it of itself speaks to the quality of the hotel, if that was indeed him :)

We made a pre-paid reservation for 4 nights on the hotel's website. On our departure date, we experienced flight delays & ultimately a flight cancellation & cancellation of the 1st night of our hotel stay, but we notified the hotel of our travel difficulties that morning & of our flight cancellation in the early afternoon. Having given the hotel plenty of notice that we would not be arriving until the next day, the hotel could have resold our room for the 1st night, & accordingly we requested a credit for the first night. The hotel management refused our request & showed no understanding or courtesy to our travel difficulties by rigidly adhering to their "non-refundable, prepaid reservation" terms. This boutique hotel has very small rooms, & when we requested a larger room, we were told there were no other available rooms regardless of size. Additionally, the bathroom was impractically designed with almost no counter space. The best comment we can make is that Lisbon is an interesting, friendly city, & this hotel is in a good location.

A very charming boutique design hotel in an excellent location, right in the centre of the city and downtown. The whole hotel is nicely decorated with a very friendly and helpful staff.

Had 4 days here as a Jan break . Most central hotel with great quirky themes . Staff couldn't be more helpful . Room was smallish but doesn't need to be bigger, bed was very comfortable. Take a travel iron and maybe hangers as we didn't have enough. Great toiletries, slippers, bath robes, all excellent touch. A great stay
