Strategic location, 5 minutes from Exit Toll Bitung , wide parking area ..
spacious room, full amenities, complete breakfast ..
Friendly and skillful staff ..
little problem is the room smells musty, I ask for the treatment ..

well the only complaint i have on this is they dont have the electric water pot to make hot water and they dont give you tea and coffee packets.
Room: its pretty spacious and i love it! the room key however needs to be considered because when i left my room i had to pull my keys out and left the room not un air conditioned and when i got back i had to wait for the ac to turn cold again. The room is clean and the sheets are clean and fresh.
Bathroom: the water takes forever to go down the drain.. i was getting a bit worried i might flood the bathroom but eventually the water went down the drain
Location: kinda far from tourist attraction but close to several industrial area. be aware of the traffic near the hotel area.
Check in/ check out process: pretty efficient.
I deff would recommend this hotel and would come back.
This hotel could've been a four star instead of a three star if only they added a few more things.

My first visit to Tangerang, and i was staying at Istana Nelayan, since my fiance`s house near from this hotel.
My stay was like check in and checkout 4 times in 12 days i spent in Indonesia
Location wise not in a great place in the middle of the street, once you enter the compound its quite big and impressive ample place for parking, loved the fountain in the entrance.
Very polite and impressive front desk staff, my arrival was at 1 am and was given the room on 1st floor, rooms was impressive couldn't sleep due to the sound of Karaoke bar, next day i requested to change the room which was done without any hesitation.
I checked out as i was travelling to Malang,
Checked in again after 2 days asked for room on the 4th floor , they offered me a very nice room , the room has better then the 1st time, loved the amenities in the room, only concern was the see through bathroom unless you pull down the curtain.
loved the huge bed, the ac was cool enough to get a good sleep and very nice & always ready to assist room service guys
One of the best Hotel in the neighborhood to stay and relax, they do have spa in the hotel unfortunately during my stay they were on leave.
I was having coffee in the restaurant , when a person approached me asking if i can sit for a while and have a chat since i was alone, he introduced himself to me as Mr. Robby Kurniawan, F&B Manager, as we had a good discussion & time, he offered me to provide me Indian breakfast as good gesture till my stay at Istana Nelayan, he later introduced me to the GM Mr. Julius and i left. Next day in the morning for my surprise
for the breakfast i was served roti canai (paratha) which was followed till my stay. I really appreciate this gesture them. I had 2 more check outs & check in due to my travelling to Yogyakarta & Bali before flying back

you should try the best experience to stayed, the taste of food . I think the chef is mastering all chines menu. fully hospitality
especially the bellboy were helpfully, massage to relax are available here and also the karaoke. we'll back sometimes. thanks !!!

i ve stayed at Nelayan Hotel 30 - 31 December 2016 with mu family. took 2 rooms at business rooms and there was cozy room and clean, Very helpful staff when inquiring About Tangerang area, the food is very tasty also massage and karaoke facilities are very interesting I recomended you to come and stay there
