rooms are very clean, very good breakfast with eggs prepared on site to your liking, as well as local Indian breakfast delicacies, all personnel tending to your needs, always with a smile and a kind word

ITC Kakatiya is nice property in the heart of Hyderabad city. Hotel interiors are very beautyful. Rooms are also spacious. In terms of having food, there choice is only Dakshin for south Indian food. Room dining is also good option. overall good place to stay in Hyderabad

I am a native of Hyderabad, so I never stay in hotels there. This time we had to stay in one for a conference. And thank God it was ITC.
The courteousness of the staff is too uniform to be a product of training, I am guessing it had to be an innate sense of duty and happiness.
The breakfast was scrumptious, didn't even try anything except south Indian.
The pillows are a blessing, had one of the soundest sleeps in ages. The room is quite large and well appointed.
Have fond memories of coming here for their midnight buffet, back when I was a newly working employee. Am glad to have finally lived here too.

I like the hotel stay and the staff were very courteous always eager to listen and serve. The executive room is spacious and looks classy. I wish they could provide a better infotainment system in the room considering its 5 star hotel. The presentation of food is excellent but taste of the food can improve. I think the swimming pool was not functional.
Its a beautiful property with excellent staff, I would love to come back again.

The property is well maintained and the staff is prompt and welcoming,however the warmth was missing. Everybody had smiles on their faces. e.g, the room we check in had oil stains on curtain and Bed Bhey forack. It took them about an hour to change the room. Then they forgot to give us 2 keys for the changed room, which we asked for but probably they forgot to send it. Also at checkout i had to remind them for my luggage again after 15-20 mins. The staff at breakfast was helpful and friendly. Even the chef who made my omelette, did ask for feedback. The breakfast had lot many options. Overall a good experience.
