The hotel has a metro and a flyover just behind it, which is not mentioned or seen in any of the pictures. The rooms at the back have views of both. This is a wedding hotel so guests enjoyment is curtailed by staff taking down and/or erecting marquis in the grounds which means that guests canât enjoy the grounds. At night the wedding parties are noisy with drums and fireworks. Stay somewhere else.

Beautiful Hotel and grounds. Very good restaurants. Lovely rooms. Our waiter Mool Chand was our waiter for breakfast. Excellent service and always a happy. Definitely recommend and ask for Mool Chand.

The warmth is incredible . The place is fabulously maintained. The location is ideal . The gardens make for a great morning walk . The staff is attentive and warm . The spa offers great facials and massages.

We recently had a conference at Taj Jai Mahal Palace and had a wonderful experience. Enjoyed this beautiful hotel and Taj hospitality to the fullest. They have got beautiful gardens, wonderful activities like kite flying/Baghi Ride/Kids area and some amazing eating outlets including Marble Arch, Cinnamon and Giardino. And every outlet offers unique experience. Some of the amazing dishes we tried were Laal Maas, Hyderabadi Biryani and Rajasthani Thali and variety of desserts.
Entire JMP team ensured that the conference should be smooth and the guests are delighted. Would like to thank each one of the staff for such a wonderful experience.
Though itâs a long list but just to name a few :- Islam, Meena and Raghav from Sales & Reservations, entire Front Office team including Ajay, Shiv, Narender, Himanshi, Komal, Jyoti, Sujata, Misba, Alishaâ¦â¦..Rajendra Ji from Banquets and Narendra Ji, Santosh Ji, Bhanu and Aslam from F&B Team.
Last but not the least Mr. Ashok Rathore (GM) for having such a wonderfully synchronized team who ensures flawless execution and makes the customers delighted.

Last Christmas vacation has lot many good and unforgettable memories including the best is staying at this Jay Mahal Palace. It was indeed much more then our expectation including start from check in to check out procedure. At one point we screwed with our original booked transportation but this hotel staff very well handled and made our trip very special as it was very short trip but from the long way (Canada). Accommodation was unbeatable competitive and food was just delicious. Nothing was wrong and grand dinner was the best part with lots of local songs and dances. We definitely go back, if we plan for same trip in future.
We heartly thanks for a such a wonderful hospitality.
