We planned familya and freinds 1 night stay at resort. We were asked to come at 1:30 PM (even though check-in time was 12:00 PM), we reached there at 1:30 only to find rooms are still not available as check out is not completed for previous guests..!!! We got our rooms only 5:00 PM. Even at that time, there was no drinking water in rooms. After followup they kept water dispenser outside.
Lunch and Breakfast was all mad rush and biq queue.. as they keep only 1 counter..!!
Properly is huge but path way from entry to front office is not there.. is all muddy road with uneven terrain.
For extra mattress/bedding in night, we had to follow up multiple times to get full set.
Rooms were good though bit small, but manageable.Food taste was good.
There is a small pool for water slide..but water was not clean.
Property is having huge potential but its understaffed and also not managed professionally.

100% Vegetarian. 70% Satisfaction on taste.
This is in outskirts of Bangalore (Infact outside Karnataka into Tamil Nadu). Can reach via Hosur road (with -2 Tolls) or via Sarjapur road (no tolls as of now). I took the Sarjapur road while going and the road was good except near few villages. Return via Hosur Road was superb drive.
This place can have much more than it offers and is not well maintained as expected. Swimming pool looked like was made for Mosquitoes and insects only. Disappointed we could now swim. Looses 2 star for that. Ducks, Emu, Rabbits, bulls are luckily healthy and cute to see them freely moving in resort. Plenty of play area fo kids (0-11 yrs) Some activities are good that other resorts do not have like : Magic show & Game of Housie for all guests for the day coming together and enjoying the game after lunch.

Very nice entertainment for kids with so many village based activities...
My daughters want to come again
Reasonable price too...
Highlight is Magic show and Fire show.
Food was good not soo great..But it has so many varieties.
Surely we will try again.

This is a simple village-themed resort just about an hour's drive away from Bangalore. Situated inside a private farmland, this is a membership resort - available for commoners with prior booking. this is not a luxury resort. Cleanliness of the place is average.
The place is retained in its rustic charm with mud and stone pathways, thatched-roof huts and natural gardens. One can enjoy activities like bullock-cart ride, astrology, tattoo, pottery, magic shows and so on.
They have facilities for outbound corporate events. There is a swimming pool - however that can be availed at an extra cost.
Food is completely vegetarian (Jain food) and predominantly local cuisine with simple and limited spreads.
Particularly nice getaway for kids who do not enjoy a lot of natural and farm living in city life.

I visited Jain farms in Dec with my family and friends.We had a lovely time .We were impressed with the greenery.Ideal place for a vegetarian family.They offer village activities like pot making, bullock car ride,village fun games mehendi,magic show swimming pool swings,,trampoline,etc.Food was good with variety .Arrangement for elderly people to sit and relax were good.Not good for physically disabled persons.It should be improved by making some cemented path with ramps.So that they can use wheel chair comfortably.Service of staff was awesome.
