Jaypee Palace Hotel has beautiful grounds. My ground floor room had patio doors that opened to a serene internal court yard with stunning trees and flowers. Their staff were professional and welcoming.

the 2 day trip become memorable for all team. Garden area , Lawn, swimming area are very nice and pleasant.

The grounds of the Jaypee Palace are simply amazing. The downside is their popularity for weddings. The party went on all hours of the night which was not conducive to good rest. The hotel staff were quite nice; reception personnel seemed more business-like than friendly. Overall a good stay thanks to a good set of ear plugs.

Wow what a place what a welcome we were treated like Vips on arrival with the Traditional India welcome with the wonderful garlands around our necks .We had a massive room with balcony overlooking the gardens amazing sadly we were only here for the one night on our tour in Agra to go to the Taj Mahal.It has wonderful grounds well kept with clean swimming pool ,loads of resteraunts catering for all tastes and at reasonable prices.if I had one niggle and being very petty we had to change some US Dollars and the rate wasn't as good as the other hotels but really Spectacular

Went to have late dinner and horrible experience with food. Food was spicy and one percent extra tinch of salt. Upon complaining to fnb personnel he was not ready to accept and not ready to listen. Order came late but no one was there to inform us about the same neither the FNB nor any other personnel. I did not complaint for late food delivery but the experience was going in negative condition. On the top of it the moment I complaint about the the guy called some manager explaining the whole scenario and the statement was like sir guest order food and asked for discount which he denied and hence the guest is complaining about the food. Chef has checked food and found right( but guest choice and palate doesn't not matter for Jaypee hotels I think) so this is planned way to get the complimentary food and hence you come down and deny for it.
I am amazed that even that manager heard the whole story and doesn't not stop rather than asking him to tell him later and come.
I think many guests has visited Jaypee palace and asked for discount that and hence management has advised their associate not to take care of guest palate or service but make sure no discount..
Look forward to hear from management, if this is the case then do not contact and if you really care then yes good to hear from you.
