What to say about Goa it's a place of nature
Resort was at perfect location everything was very nearby.
Food was better but needs to improve buffet breakfast as the items were very less.
Staff was helpful and polite.
They have two wings in hotel - old and new wing
New wing is newly constructed as we stayed in new wing .
The view from every room was not much attractive. prefer pool side rooms in old wing for better view.
Hotels also needs to improve it's emmenities such as bathroom slippers, bar emmenities, beers in refrigerator, grooming emmenities , snacks in room
I am not saying for free snacks , beers or bars but should be available in rooms at minimum charges.
Good parking space
Overall Great experience with joia do mar resort especially in terms of room service and staff

We stayed at this resort for 3 nights this January....Rooms are good....swimming pool is good however need little maintenance.....10-15 mins walking distance from Tito's lane. Buffet breakfast was good but they can improve the areas by providing live egg and dhosa counter. All together it was a good stay

Best Hotel In North Goa according to Price and facilities provided by them.
I book hotel Through MMT . Person at Front Desk is very nice and coperative . He answers your every question with smile.
Hotel:
Daily house keeping provided you leave keys at reception or be at hotel between 12pm to 5 pm. They change bed sheets, towels everyday.
Room :
I book executive room but due to unavailability, they provide upgraded room that is Grand Room to me. That room includes Electric Kettle, Tea Bags, Coffee bags and creamers. Also includes free Toiletries and two water bottles daily, provide more bottles on request.
Swimming pool:
Free usage of pool provided that you have swimsuit. You can also rent swimsuit from hotel at Rs50.
Breakfast:
They provide fruits, cornflakes, Milk , Tea , Juice ,coffee everyday with one main course . Main course is Chana Bhatura, Puri Bhaji, Aloo Prantha and idli Sambhar that provided on different days.
Hotel has its own parking.

It is a very quite and beautiful resort. I loved their breakfast buffet. Staff is very helpful and understanding. I would specially recommend this for a stay with family. Clean swimming pool. Resort is located in the right place in Goa where most of the famous beaches can be reached.

Best price hotel in constraint budget, very near to baga beach. & calangute beach
Room was good,clean with nice view.
Lush green environment. Breakfast buffet was awesome.
Staff had good behavior. Will definitely recommend .
