Bill management is pathetic. Housekeeping is impeccable. The staffs generally do not seem to care. Front Desk is chaos at times. Food was delicious, though on a dearer side. Albeit, for a budget stay it's in my recommendation list.

A Perfect Hotel for all types of travellers who look to commute to Vizag as it is located closer to the main business area and too close from railway station and Bus station. I am extremely satisfied by this hotel and the service provided by all of them especially Farah,Sushma,Chandra Shekhar as they are very punctual about there work and not to forget house keeping ( Lakshmi Sisters) they are the one's who will definitely motivate you to travel again to this hotel there cleanliness in maintaining our room was exceptional. I really recommend everyone to visit this hotel and stay when commute to Vizag.

I stayed in ginger hotel for my business purpose. My company booked a room for me. As the property was nice and good location for all aspects. All the team were young and charming. One thing I want to tell about the hospitality. I travelled with my family with 2 kids Samson from reception he upgraded my room. As he know the value of the customers. And every employ from the hotel treated us very well. They guide us for city tour and it was nice stay. Now I 'll prefer ginger hotels. Thanks to ginger and Samson for every thing. Hope to see you soon.

Good Ambiance, close to railway station and other commercial establishments.
stayed for 10 days, good service by staff. Ms. Bhavani, Chef Rajanikanta, Mr. Sai and Ms. Sushma.
