The rooms are big, but clumsily put together, and the furniture is not very comfortable. There are an insane number of switches and controls for lights and blinds and the like ... even if you lived in a one of the room's for a year, you'd likely keep forgetting which was which. Given its location, the hotel is noisy. I would never stay there again.

As Usual unforgettable stay with an AMAZING staff and hotel ,, you feel as you are at home with an EXCELLENT service they provide it to you , the apartment very spaces and very good furniture hope to be back again with Jumeirah Grosvenor .

Apartments are perfectly situated for Mayfair & Hyde Park, they're spacious, modern, clean, comfy beds, well equipped kitchens, breakfast & the restaurant provide lovely food.
Staff we're always polite, attentive and eager to help at all times.
My only issue was finding a plug socket in the bedroom was ridiculous and there was only one!!

Some of the rooms have a washer and dryer. The breakfast offers many selections. The location is excellent. I don't have enough words to say, only that this is the perfect hotel in London. The staff is friendly and helpful with getting you good show tickets.

One of the best hotel and service that I ever had in my life. Lovely friendly staff, homey hotel, cleanliness, and excellent services and facilities. Would book with them again without a doubt! Keep it up!!
