Fantastic hotel.
Staff absolutely amazing could not praise enough would award more stars if possible.
Ideal location as everything Glasgow city centre offers within short walking distance.
Location for Grand Central station was ideal (less than 5 minute walk)
Great bar, restaurant on ground floor.

Modern, clean hotel with friendly staff ideal for stay in heart of the city.
Great value for money, clean and fresh room with all the mod cons, iron, hairdryer,soaps, shampoo, tea and coffee. Crisp linen and choice of pillows.

Visited or family on boxing day of this year and decided to treat the family to an overnight at this hotel. We booked a total of 4 rooms and were delighted when we got there and the lady upgraded us and placed us all together.
The staff were amazing and the service was second to none. My only complaint was the parking or lack of. We had our elderly disabled mother with us so I had to drop her off and then go to the local car park and then come back to retrieve her lol :).
That said, the rooms are spotless, beds are comfy and the breakfast was superb.
