Had visited for an official trip. Was a pleasant stay. We were very well greeted by the staff and what made the stay even better was the way Mr Jaspal Bisht was interested in serving all the guests not just me or my colleague. Very pleasant to meet him.

Had stayed in this hotel for a week in January. Clean rooms and a comfortable stay. Easily accessible. Warm support staff who make you feel at home. Quick and efficient service. The hotel manager Jaspal Bhist was very helpful, warm and receptive. Very good value for money.

The hotel is located in one of the best localities of south Delhi, i.e., Greater Kailash and yet the rates are reasonable. Any part of Delhi is easily accessible either by metro (the Kailash colony metro station is nearby) or by hired taxi as it is almost centrally located. The hotel staff is very cordial and accommodative. Large variety of north Indian food & beverages are available having very good taste. The rooms are big enough with facilities like hot water, air conditioning, dish TV, wi-fi etc. It is worth mentioning that the speed of wi-fi is excellent.Room heating facility is also provided if required. Among all the best feature of this hotel is the hospitality.

I had stay in this property for 2 nights was good, staffs was so good and helpful on time, especially that manager was really nice person. it was an Appartment previously so you guests can feel like home instead of hotel stay. the hotelier can have some good parking facilities if so would be better. overall hotelier provides good service with available source.

The hotel was easy to find on google map. I was on a Business stay of 2 weeks here and I got a Deluxe room on 4th floor. The Rooms are really good as the pictures are. Complimentary breakfast is pretty average which you get along with your stay (Try Chole those were good).
I would like to write about the staff - It has a very good staff and they are very attentive and helping always. But the manager there Mr. Jaspal Bisht is gem of a person. He treats you really special and takes care of you personally whenever you are around and in his vicinity. He offers you food and helps you talk to the chef if ever you want to order something off the menu. He made my stay even more delightful than it could have been in his absence. If you get to visit the hotel, make sure you talk to him (he is during the day shifts generally).
All in all if ever I have to stay I would again will be happy to choose Justa GK1.
