Justa Property at Hyderabad is Lake facing property with beautiful view & the rooms are well maintained Front office & House keeping team were very co-operative.Food is excellent.I wish to come back again during my next visit.

I was on official Trip to Hyderabad and My colleagues had recommended this Hotel. Here are on my observation.
* Check in & Check-out - Pretty Quick without much of hassles.
* As with Most hotels in Hyderabad check in time is 12. They had allowed early check in for me.
* Staffs are Friendly.
* Rooms although looks fine, a closer inspection will tell you that its aged and needs refurbishment.
*Bathroom Fittings though needs lots of improvement.
*Although road is right on the necklace road, it is away from Main traffic. so there is not much of noise and area seems to be peaceful. But negative sense there is not much of Restaurants that are available in walkable distance.
Just about OK for me!

Stayed with family for 4 days. We got upgrade in room and got lake facing room. B/f spread was good and delicious.
Rooms were clean.The Staff was supportive and guided for sightseeing . travel desk also good.
Only issue that most of auto driver does not know the exact location.
Overall , it is good stay !

The hotel is very good, The reception staff are very helpful and friendly also, service is good. Housekeeping staffs are good. Cleaning also good. Maintenance also good. We didn't face any problem during my stay. Thank you for such type of hospitality service.

This hotel is facing Hussain sagar lake and it gives an good feel those who loves nature.
The food in this hotel in excellent.Entire hotel is very clean and the rooms were excellent,it gives a good feel for the tourists who come to hyderabad.
