The reception desk staff speak English and were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. The apartment was private, spacious, well equipped and clean. It was also very warm during a bitterly cold January. It's in the city centre and the bus stop for the airport bus is across the road as is Deak Ferenc Square and major subway station. It was a bit noisy at night due to police sirens but not too disturbing. Highly recommended.

We chose this place to stay based on reviews from TA and Booking.com and we are so pleased that we took it. Because we were arriving late on the Saturday evening we booked a taxi via the reception which was lucky as it took approximately forty five minutes to get to K9.
We had booked a studio and had a room (704) on the 7th floor overlooking the main road and from which we could see the snow covered hills on the Buda side of the Danube. Room was basic but clean and if I had a (minor)complaint it would be that we could have done with a bit more crockery. We werenât bothered by noise from outside and had the window open most evenings as we prepared for the night out.
The location is perfect for sight seeing with most of the top ten within easy walking distance and the reception staff were so friendly and helpful with everything that we asked of them , directions to the river, how to use public transport etc. Even better for us was the fact that we were less than five minutes walk from the buzzing nightlife of the Jewish district which really does have something for everyone.
Value for money and a perfect location with helpful staff. Just what we wanted and would look to rebook should we return to Budapest.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my partner and our 2 youngest children just before Xmas and it was perfect for our needs. The apartment was well laid out with good sized rooms. There was a dining area, kitchen area, bathroom, separate toilet, double bedroom and twin room. Everything was clean and in good condition and the heating was excellent. There was plenty of storage provided (wardrobes, drawers, coat hooks etc), the kitchen had oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, plus plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils. We could not really get the TV to find any English channels (not a major issue, but as the children went to bed well before us it would have been nice to have been able to watch something but instead I did some reading, which, is maybe not a bad thing!). However there is free wi-fi (always handy) so managed to watch a film one night on our Kindle. Reception is always open and the staff are really friendly (helping with directions, ordering cabs etc). The apartment is well located â surrounded by restaurants and shops (there is a well-stocked Spar right across the road if you need supplies such as breakfast items or snacks or drinks etc), and easy walking distance to main square, synagogue, St Stephens Basillica, the Budapest eye, several xmas markets, the hop-on buses and lots more besides. In addition if you need to venture further afield (for a boat trip or to a spa or to Parliament or Buda Castle etc) there are plenty of taxis, trams and buses available. The apartment was also really reasonably priced â definitely good value for money.

We've been here with my wife for the end of the year. Strategic place since is close to: underground trasportation, stop of the E100 bus how bring you from the airport in 30 minutes (even if we chose the minibud service), all the major actractions of the city. The place is clean, modern and big room with kitchen inside. At front desk nice and always available for support.
In general very good experience and structure.

Hotel is located in the heart of Budapest, on the main street. Transport, shops, restaurants ... everything is here. Good value for money, staff was friendly. But there is also ....too much voice comes from the street ( window can be better) and safety box is small, âsize as if for one coinâ....
