No free breakfast. No wifi in rooms. Rarely got hot water. Mediocre food. On the plus side, the grounds are nice, there's a pool which should be great for kids during the warmer months. The property is well furnished and designed. Notice that the standard-grade rooms window is facing the catwalk, so you can't leave the curtains open and have privacy.

It's a good hotel located very close to the bird sanctuary. Rooms are neat clean with all basic amenities. They have a nice pool as well.
Two things that need improvement are 1. Staff needs to be better trained. While they are very courteous but extremely slow 2. Buffet spread outs are not well thought out and tastes just about okay.

Me and my son went for birding to Bharatpur and booked a room for two thru Make My Trip. Rooms were good, we changed from a double bed to a twin bed accomodation. Staff was helpful. Morning breakfast is served upto 10.30 am and is really good. Value for money!

Hotel was good and very good environment. Staff was friendly and food was delicious.
It is 3-4 Km from the Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary. Rooms were good and clean. It has safe surrounding. I went their with family and enjoyed my stay. I will surely recommend it to others.

Hotel was reasonably comfortable and the room was OK. Welcome from staff with a dab of red on our forehead and a lei when we arrived. Other than that, not much to impress. There was a pool but we have not had time to use it. Did not expect much on a birding tour as all we need was a comfortable bed to rest for the night which they managed to provide. Food was average.
