It was an immense pleasure staying at this "ayurvedic health resort" back in Oct 2017. I stayed here with my 2 year old daughter and we had a blast. Hospitality was top notch at this place, food was fantastic and all treatments very authentic. I looked at few places before making the decision to stay here for 14 days. The kitchen and front desk staff were so nice, they pretty much catered to everything I asked for my little one. I would like to mention that I had an updated room so I didnât have any complain as other reviews (I believe there are in the process of upgrading each cottage one at a time so the guests do not get disturbed). Manager Mr. Bharathan is so humble/caring, he checked with us pretty much everyday, how we were doing. He also offered us an upgrade (suite room) so my little one has more room to play. I definitely recommend this resort if you are looking for most authentic ayurvedic treatment with 5 star resort hospitality.

We stayed for a short stay of 6 days. It was a good experience. Meeting people from all walks of life was an added bonus!
Treatments felt relaxing. When we returned we felt refreshed and determined to stay healthy as much as possible. Tip: plan this trip to start a healthy life! The environment here will start you off in a right path

I am a trainer and MD, and my group really appreciated the quality of the service of the whole staff... My favorite spot in Kerala to organize a training! I really recommend if you're looking for an authentic and peaceful oasis place to rejuvenate.

my wife was going to stay and i was just going to drop her off. but, after speaking with the doctors (seemingly very competent, very plain spoken) and undergoing one or two treatments, i also stayed for 2 weeks. the 6:30 am yoga was great, as was the 6:30 pm meditation. we liked our room (108) a lot (though our first room (109) wasn't so pleasant). i enjoyed the first week of treatment, after which it got a bit old for me. my wife enjoyed the full two weeks.
internet is available only in the lobby (or just outside).

To relax and unwind in winters one can visit this center. They really make one relax . I got abhyangam massage done . This is done by two people with synchronisation . They rub oil and then u get the steam done . After the spa they serve herbal tea.
