This hotel is located around 400mts from the Saraswathi temple, and 1.5kms from railway station. The rooms are very clean and well maintained hotel. Hot water is available in room.
Only thing is like many hotels in Basara this doesn't have a restaurant. But there are small restaurants near temple.
The tariffs are reasonable and accepts Paytm as well.

I booked a non AC room and got a decent bargain.
The room had a lot of ants.
The TV has only few Telugu channels.not very useful to while away time
No WiFi
No in-house restaurant
About 200 metres from the temple.
The manager/ owner is kind enough to offer his bike to you to visit the temple.
Bathroom was not clean(the bathroom door had pan stains).
I am presuming that this was a one off thing and other rooms are better.

Three months back we visited Basara for my grand daughter Akshrabhyasam .good hotel.spacious and neat rooms.toilets also neat and clean. EXCELENT service with air conditioning and hot water.this property is very close to the temple

when i visited to basara to stay in hotel.i was searched more than 10 hotels but i was not satisfied those rooms.,then i came to laxmi nivas i was satisfied with their rooms and mainly good hygienic.once visit this hotel who are coming from long distance really you feel good.good choiceable hotel. service also excellent

Property seems to be new. Good rooms with brand new Air Conditioners. Rooms, Beds and Toilets are clean and well maintained. They do have a power back up system which can run a fan and a light (No AC). Some of the rooms are accommodated with
Western toilets and some are with Indian. There is no intercom facility available. No covered parking. Per room they provide only one towel and a small soap bar.
