Visited this hotel as my family had to attend a wedding in nashik. Seeing the name VITS we booked room here. When we reached we checked in n hotel does not have any standard. We were hungry so we ordered quick snack of omelette sandwich and bread butter for my 2 year old daughter. They served us stale bread with bacterial growth on it. Thank god we check it before feeding our kid. Immediately it was informed to their manager but they were so casual about it and were smiling about our complain. We decided to check out immediately as we could risk any health hazard for our baby. I request Mr. kamat that we booked because of your reputation as a hotelier and brand of VITS. I request you to please either revamp this place or just sell it off as it is hampering the image of kamat hotels. I would not give this hotel even 1 star.

At one time, this was a comfortable clean no frills place. The no frills part is still true. Rundown, dirty and consistently terrible food at the restaurant. Needless to say, after staying at this place more times than I can count across more than a decade, I don't think I'll be returning.

This is quite an old property still in good condition located centrally..Railway Station, Central Bus stand and close to Highway in budget price. Welcoming staff. Serves tasty Food at their in-house restaurant Veg & Non-veg, one can try their Maharashtrian delicacies. Provide good Complementary Breakfast. Good for Business as well as Family.

I had been to VITS Nashik - Kamats hotel Siddhant second time last weekend. It's has under gone a name change, now "Komfotel" so you may not find it with earlier name VITS Kamats hotel. I believe they have done some cost cutting and fortunately passed on the benefits to customers, because I got a better deal this time than a month back (before name change!). Also noticed few small changes (cost cutting), they have replaced earlier all branded consumable, cosmetics, soaps etc. with the regular one. That's a good step as far as it helps them to reduce tariffs. The staff is courteous and ready to help.
The location is excellent, it's straight on the Pune-Nashik road, easily accessible when coming from Pune. Also most of all the pilgrimage points are not much far away (4-5km). It has small garden area with kids play equipment but we couldn't use them due to continuous rain during our both the stays.
Finally, I found very good deals both the times in booking this hotel through online portals than the offline booking at the hotel reception (just confirmed the tariff at reception for the sake of my satisfaction). I'll recommend this hotel in Nashik for a family stay.

Reasonable rates and moderate amenities with good wifi . Very clean , ample parking and lot of greenery makes a decent short stay . They serve good breakfast in a nice outdoor restaurant full of nature . There is an outdoor restaurant area for dinner and regular air conditioned restaurant also . Veg and non veg both varieties available . Location is convenient.
