This was a great stay ahead of Nainital.
It took around 1 hour from Nainital to reach Sikri village where this place is located.
The cottages are great and facilities are really amazing.
They provide trekking and bird seeing option, complimentary.

It was great stay... Though reaching the place is a bit of a task... But it was worth every bit..located at a hieght where everything is so soothing...In April it was feeling like Dec Jan...rooms were big and cozy.. Food was good... Room service was good... Amazing stay... Loc best... Do visit if u want to forget all your worries and relax with your spouse... U will have best of the time... Best thing is no network...

Excellent place to relax from the city. Though the trip from Delhi is a bit tiresome. To visit this place, you need to know the route first. Dont expect people to know about this place. Even in Nainital , people have no idea about Sigri. Make aure that you ask for the way to Pangot, as Sigri is only 7 Kms from there.
The resort is well managed. Rooms are not that clean and tiddy as expected. Smelly washrooms. We had a tough time fixing the issue with the management. However, the staff are cooperative and friendly. Food is ok.
Just outside the resort you will find a small tea stall, Ganesh eating point. Pay extra money to the guy to eat good plain fresh food.
To summarize, a good relaxed holiday, as we were there for a total of 2 nights.

Kampland Naintal location is very good and is away from the busy streets of nainital. Something different to try. The place is very with good with outdoor activities like bird watching, trekking and safari.
Mr. Bhuvan, the guide, here is very good person and makes this place worth staying.
The rooms are average and food is also ok.
If anyone wants to explore the nature and wants to stay in peace should visit this place. Don't expect rooms and other facility as very good. They are just manageable.

Kampland is located in Sigri Village which is around 25 Kms away from main Nainital Bus stand. Surrounded with nature, you can have very peaceful and relaxing weekend there. We visited in Oct'2016 and weather was very pleasant. The view from all the cottages is very beautiful. The rooms were just ok. The quality of food and hospitality was very good. You get sunshine whole day and enjoy the surrounding. You may go for tracking with a guide. One should go there by their own vehicle as it is quite far away from main city or have the contact number of the Taxi wala who drive you till there. Mobile network is almost not there. It keeps coming and fading very quickly. So, take mobile connections of different service providers to contact anyone from there. Avoid moving around after sunset, you may be attacked by local dogs.
