Location - is great. You can walk everywhere (museums, central Stockholm) if you stay here.
Itâs a cash free hotel. Which isnât the greatest thing to invent as I had to pay with card that had fees added from my bank.
Room - we got a 4 bed room (the sofa was a pull out bed) it was a medium size. The bathroom was the best part though, every bright and clean. The bathroom did not have body cream though or any shower caps.
Breakfast - it was nice with a nice selection and someone that makes omelettes. Thereâs crepes and a waffle maker too. Lots of bread to choose from as well as cheese and fruits.
Service - no one told us about the gym facilities and not very informative when checking in. I had to ask about breakfast times check out times etc

I chose this hotel for the position and gym. Room are standard Swedish hotel room meaning that small room with few space for putting clothes and stuff. Breakfast is ok. Gym a nightmare...very small, tapis roulants , cyclette out of order. Few square meters with few broken exercise machine...I had to give up. For the fares they have I would not recommend it.

Had a pleasant stay here. Nice interior, functional rooms, very good and tasty breakfast selection. There was no coffee machine in the room which I was missing. Good location, only a short walk from the central station.

Recommendable hotel on 10min walk from central station and the main shopping streets. The rooms are nice and the breakfast buffet is great. The fitness room provides most options, though the cycling machines are in need of an upgrade (could only use the recumbent bike, while the only one normal/seated bike was broken).
Note that there are many rooms and while staff is service minded it remains a struggle to deal with so many guests, especially during breakfast.

I stayed at the Clarion Hotel for five nights during the NYE. It was a stunning experience.
Location: at one metro stop to the Central station, that was also easy to reach walking.
Staff: Fredrik and all the staff at the reception has been kind, available and always clear.
Breakfast: even if I am Italian, I prefer the salty breakfast and I must say the selection of food was astonishing.
The hotel also provides a gym and a sauna (unfortunately, it was working only the first day we arrived: people that were with me tried it and they were satisfied).
Summarising, I absolutely suggest the Clarion Hotel Amaranten for your staying in Stockholm.
