Stayed here 2 nights. Had a wonderful villa overlooking the rice paddy and a dip in the pool. Unfortunately, there were no monkeys here as the wildlife is more suited to tropical birds and butterflies. I and my wife enjoyed trekking and eating breakfast overlooking the beautiful tropical forest and rice paddy. Owner Deddy was extremely nice and speaks excellent English. The staff were friendly too.

Dropped in here on the way back from Singaraja....I will be traveling this road regularly so stopped to see what it be like to stop for lunch of dinner every time I traveled this road....
I liked the decor and the view, however I won't bother to stop here for anything else...we are local, however my wife was shown the dirty toilets to use because she is local, however because I am "Bule" (Westerner) we were given the expensive menu rather than local menu...everything is over priced, food is very very average, service is poor, keep playing same music over and over again....not very good at all...way over priced for very very average food and average coffee which was overpriced too....you can get this coffee for 20cents and many Warongs .....nope I won't be back...

The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. There is no wifi in the rooms.
The landscape gardens are really beautiful, this is a "Photographers paradise" I would say these gardens are the finest in Tabanan.
The pool is large enough to swim, the water is crystal clear and just the right temperature.
The meals are very good, also pizza and pasta on the menue makes a nice change from chicken and rice.
Wifi: is usually very good and reliable, only available in the reception.
From the terrace the views are spectacular, you can see from the villas to the distant ocean and even Seminyak.
The Staff are Typical Balinese, very friendly and helpful. Always a nice warm smile to greet you.
Summary: Dedde, the hotel owner is super friendly, nothing is too much trouble. I would definitely recommend Kebun Villas for a short or longer stay. Especially if good wifi is important.

Stopped for lunch at Kebun warung villa's restaurant today. Kebun villas are beautifully designed quaint rooms, built on a hillside surrounded by tropical gardens and rice fields. The restaurant's patio overlooks a picturesque valley with some spectacular views to the ocean.
The food and drinks are great, the gardens are magnificent. There is a pool at the bottom of a winding path lined with beautiful plants and trees. A truly peaceful and quiet place to swim and relax in total solitude. Highly recommended, simply the best views along this highway! Hope this is helpful, cheers.

Few km away from the mainroad to Java Kebun Villas is a very peaceful place to stay. The garden is amazing. The bungalows built with old teak houses are cozy and far enough from each other so we could enjoy the place surroundinded by the so beautiful garden. Nice ricefields view from the pool. Staying there for lunch or 1 or few nights us a nice experience. Deddy the owner is very nice. Stopped many time there otw or back from Pemuteran. Always a lovely moment. Food is also good.
