Keekarok is well established lodge in the Masai Mara, it is one you cannot go wrong with, right from the entrance it is very open and inviting, the lounge are is well designed making it a very nice place to relax and have a drink. The rooms are nice and simple and have all necessary amenities. The food was good and with a good variety, they also had few meals being cooked to order, which is always a bonus.
The staff were very pleasant and friendly, making sure that we were all catered for.
The hippo lounge is pleasant place where you can sit and watch the hippo pool where lots of animals come to drink water.

Flying in from Nairobi on a light aircraft, we arrived to a great welcome. I think it's a great option from Nairobi to fly in and so glad we chose to do this rather than the 7/8 your road trip from Nairobi. Keekorok lived up to our expectations. Our standard room was lovely, well equipped with mosquito nets over the bed. The restaurant was very good. Service is excellent. We done 3 game drives, 2 at 4pm and 1 at 6am with Joseph. He was terrific, He showed us all animals with the exception of the rhino. Each one, we were out for about 3 hours. The vehicles our quite basic but fine and take between 2 and 6 people. We loved our stay here. Allow for a rest day here too as it's a wonderful place to relax too by the pool or the hippos watering hole. Very happy memories.

This was a really nice to place. Being an unfenced resort, the experience was unbelievable. We could hear elephants trumpeting from close quarters.
The rooms were very clean and safe. The staff were very friendly as well.

My husband and I stayed for 2 days and 1 night at Keekorok Lodge. The architecture of the hotel is beautiful with awesome nature views and seating areas. Also, they organized for us a great game drive. The food is not that good though and ignoring insects is not professional even if the insects are not harmful...tourists do not know that and want food and rooms to always be insect-free.

Situated dead in centre of Masai Mara, itâs one of the few unfenced resorts. Result: we had elephants grazing in the night behind our room and couple of baboons crossing the resort gardens outside our room. True wildlife experience
Rooms are excellent as they have complete glass front for maximum light. Good cozy room with all the amenities in place. Excellent bathroom and shower area. Considering itâs running on gender electricity and is most natural experience rooms are well designed for the most comfortable experience.
Staff was friendly and excellent. Buffet lunch and dinner was good but could have been little better. Nevertheless considering the difficulties of logistics in middle of forests, excellent food. Only downside: they charge for water also in restaurant.
Excellent exteriors of resort with good park, hippo bar and bridge over the hippos habitat. Could not have asked for more close to nature experience without comprising on luxury.
