Located a short undercover walk form Shinjinku Station this hotel is well placed.
The Staff are friendly and the service good.
I do object to paying 1,000Y for a VOD card to watch TV.
That said I would stay here again.

Hotel to my pleasant surprise is nice and sizeable. The reception experience was quick and pleasant. The room is big for Japan hotel. They have almost all appropriate amenities subtract bath gel or salt(maybe taking Long baths are not encouraged). The hotel has several restaurants on the 2nd floor and a small convenient store which is good. However itâs about 10 to 15min walk to Shinjuku train station and in winter is not a pleasant walk as is too cold perhaps in sprin or autumn it is a nice walk. We had breakfast at the Jurin restaurant which is quiet compared to the glass cut. To us the food is good. Big plus is you can take the limousine bus either to Haneda or Narita airport. We will definitely stay here again in warmer Seasons!

We had an upgrade to the executive suite which worked out quite well for us since we had a toddler. We had a lovely view from our room and the bed was very comfortable. There was no baby crib, however bed guards were provided which still worked for us. The bed was quite comfortable, being 34 weeks pregnant having a good bed was a godsend. It was quite close to food, without being too close and hearing all the street noise.
There is a complimentary bus to Disneyland and DisneySea which was convenient for us, just make sure to book the bus a day or two in advance. Overall, would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for a total of 3 nights in end Jan 2018 on a company trip. Nothing to complain about for this pretty decent hotel that is very well located. Rooms are clean and tidy. And in Japan, the toilet is always awesome with the heated seat cover and warm water biget.
Pros:
- must be the location! Right in Shinjuku! 5-10mins walk to Shinjuku shopping area as well as to the train station!
- clean room with good view of the city.
- a convenient store right at the basement of the hotel, need not go out into the cold at night should you need something.
- staffs are friendly and helpful. They always greet with a smile and a bow.
- the choice of breakfast is great, you can choose from 3 restaurant! Western, Jap or International, as I had diet constraint, I only tried international which is a buffet style where I can choose my food!
- wi-Fi is strong fast, hot water readily pouring out. ;)
- room well heated(since this is winter ... a very cold one).
What can be better? :
- ... there is no such thing as perfect, however I really find it hard to point out any serious short-coming for this hotel, probably on the expensive end but since I was on co trip that is not a big problem too, haha!

This is an older style hotel 10 min walk from train station. The rooms are average and like most of Japan not cheap. The staff are friendly but not well trained and there English is sub rate. The breakfast is good buffet, ensure your rate includes breakfast. Wifi is fast and reliable BUT no movies on TV so no English content. There are more foreigner friendly hotels around, I suggest you investigate to compare. Itâs equal to a 3.5 star hotel, the stay was nice but would find another hotel next trip. Ask for renovated room or your air conditioner will not be seperate !!!! You can only get the same heat as the whole hotel, very very stuffy.
