Happen to visit Amman on a stormy weekend but the hotel was warm regardless of the cold temperature outside. Access to the hotel requires a security check as with most hotels in Amman, but staff were friendly and helped the procedure with smiles. There is an expansion opening later this year which the hotel need to keep updated. Also check out Radiance the pop up club on thr lower floors, worth a drink and dance. Thank you!

I checked in ,went to the room ( I found the my room is connecting along with extra bed inside it !!!!!!!)
After 5 mins one of the guests knocked my door claimed the reception wrote my room number on his key jacket !!!
And that wasn't enough for them ! No apology was extended , they offered me to be moved to another room as the room was reserved to another group Ø I have been waited for more than half an hour someone to help me out with the cases but no one approached!!!!
Even when I called them asked about the manager on duty ( they replied, who are you!????) What kind of costumer service staff says to the Client who are you ??
After fifteen mins they called me offered to be removed the extra bad and stays in the same room Ø it lasted another fifteen mins but I removed it by myself outside.
How bad experience Ø my day was destructed
I won't recommend to be one of the global hotel alliance members

Great hotel 5 star we enjoyed at this trip
The breakfast was amazing , health club very nice , lobby music very comfortable and house keeping staff qualified finally special thanks to the wonderfull guest relation Bayan
Also I need 5 thanks Sandra , jomana, Abdallah and heba I'll come back in feb

This was a one night stop and pretty good but decor of the front if the hotel is like a bomb site. The staff are very good and friendly, the rooms are clean and very comfortable, but the car park, drive and front of the entrance is poor.
I ordered room service which was very speedy and the main meal hot, fresh, and tasty, but they forgot to bring my cheese board. I gave the guy a 5 JD tip and he said he would bring the board up, but never did?
Overall a decent stop over but longer would have been a challenge.

For a few dollars more a night, you can find a luxury hotel that lives up to its five star rating. This hotel is STILL under construction (it has been for a long while), the rooms are small, bathroom's awkwardly laid out. My lock on my door didin't work - it didn't even line up properly (maintenance was very quick to fix this I should I note). The restaurant is best avoided - even for breakfast (buffet is not that good). Not walking distance to any good restaurants.
