Having just spent the weekend there as a special surprise with my partner, all I can say was it was incredible.
The staff were all exceptional and friendly. The breakfast was of the highest standard!

It was my third visit to the Keraton, a truly gemstone in Jakarta. Beautifully appointed rooms, excellent service and perfect location. A hotel which truly deserves to be part of "luxury collection".

Take rooms are astonishing absolutely lovely.. I usualy stay in Shangri La, Grand Hyatt, Mandarin Oriental.. But Keraton and his sister The Westin Play in League above! The one and only stay in my future in Jakarta

Real nice hotel in Jakartaâs center with wonderful breakfast...
Room color is not my favorite and some minor damages on walls and floors. Shower door didnât close properly allowing water to run out...
But still nice room with plenty space.
Unfortunately 24h construction next door made sleeping uncomfortable

I am a frequent guest of this wonderful hotel (since 2012).
A warm welcome is a ritual that you receive from each member of its staff.
Rooms (from the standard until the suite) are extremely large and spacious as well as being finely decorated, cleaned and comfy. Beds, mattresses and linen are wonderful to conciliate a nice and restoring sleep.
The management is professional, careful and always with a smile but, most important for whom is always traveling, they treat you as family member and you can feel to be a bit as at home and above all they always satisfay (whenever possible) all of your requests.
The Restaurant is wonderful! the breakfast is largely with all the varities and richness in terms of choises & quality with a superb presentation.
The club lounge is really well managed and food is fantastic (less the wine selection which could be a bit improved).
Living and traveling around the world, i can easily say that Keraton hotel is one of the top hotel where to stay at Jakarta.
