Absolutely Beautiful!

Myself and my family only stayed for one night and wished we had longer, we didn't want to leave! We were greeted with a lovely afternoon tea and a warm welcome as Jenny had kindly turned on the heating prior to our arrival. The accommodation itself was outstanding, very spacious yet cosy place. We discovered we he left a bag of gifts in one of the bedrooms, Jenny kindly couriered them to our home address and wouldn't accept payment for it. An absolutely amazing stay and a big thank you for putting a smile back on the children's faces when their gifts arrived! We will definitely be back next time we visit Cornwall.
Best B&B ever!

We stayed here as a family for just one night and our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer! Apartment 20 - 'Heligan' - was brilliant! It was spacious enough for four adults and one baby, and had absolutely everything you could need.
Jenny and Ruth were so welcoming and lovely, and set us up with a beautiful Cornish cream tea which was delicious. They had also thought of everything we could need for breakfast - cereals, eggs, juice, bread, croissants, yoghurt etc. We loved all the local reading material too, especially the books on the local attractions.
The bedrooms were so comfortable and the bathrooms had everything we needed. Having the washer/dryer was also very handy to clean our clothes for the rest of our trip.
We cooked dinner and breakfast in the kitchen and found every utensil we needed plus great staples like salt/pepper/oil/tea/coffee etc. The ladies really have covered every base.
We'll be back to Cornwall and we'll be back to stay here!
lovely weeks stay

we had everything we needed, plus the added extras of basic supplies of bread, milk cereal, fruit ta coffee extra. which meant we didn't need to go to the shops as soon as we arrived, we could settle in and explore, the apartment was clean and tidy and plenty of water water for the 3 of us to shower every day. my only small issue was the bed was too soft and a bit lumpy for my own needs, having a bad back i prefer a firm bed for the support (but i realise that is my own opinion.) I apartment was in a great location for us within a short drive to Charlestown harbour, Porthpean beach and the Eden project. we would definitely book to stay again.
Unexpected gem!

My partner, my daughter and I were visiting Cornwall last week and had planned a full day at the Eden Project.
We didn't want to drive too much so we had initially booked accommodation in a hotel near St Austell. When the hotel visit turned to a disaster, on a rainy late afternoon, we had to find somewhere else to stay that night and, to our delight, Jenny and Ruth at Kernow Homes had had a cancellation!
We grabbed the chance and we were so lucky! Despite the lateness of the day, both Jenny and Ruth came to make us so welcome in a gem of a flat: 2 rooms, spacious lounge and kitchen, large bathroom for all and ensuite in the master bedroom. On top of the spotlessness of the place, Jenny and Ruth provide essential food (enough for a whole busload of hungry travellers), high quality linen and bedding, wifi, TV, music, even buckets and spades for the beach!
These lovely ladies have a sharp eye for detail (they used to be nurses) and such a warm personality we wanted to stay longer. The flats are located in a quiet residential part of the town and the view over the bay is stunning.
I would recommend Kernow Homes to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the area and we are probably going to book it again for another stay soon!
Many thanks to Jenny and Ruth for turning a nasty experience into a delight.
Good Location for Eden Project

We had a family room on the upper floor with views across St Austell Bay, fully equiped kitchen with Bread/milk/breakfast supplied. Cupboards had lots of kids toys to keep them ammused and numerous books/magazines for tha adults with info on Cornwall & the Eden Project. This room had 2 double beds and fold out double settee.
The 2nd night we booked for just the two of us on our own and were in ground floor appartment still fully equipped and with all the supplies. rooms were clean and well provided with extra blankets (for UK summer) This room had a double bed, single bed and fold out double settee. both rooms had clean well fitted bathrooms with hair dryer and even shampoo/wash gel.
