Lovely greeting from reception,
Lovely big room, ever comfortable, and lovely and warm.
well equipped, ie Tea Coffee , bottled water, biscuits,
iron, plus board, hair dryer. extra heater in room.
Great location, very central.
and fantastic price,
only minus its an old house was a little noisy from room above me but not a deal breaker. will stay again.

Stayed here for one night mid week when going to a concert. HIGHLY recommend the place mostly from an amazing value perspective bit clean And comfortable accompanied that value. Yes, OK, the lack of bathroom in our bedroom was a little bit of a surprise because we booked on line in a hurry at breakfast before work that morning and we hadn't read the detail in the email BUT IT WAS FINE.... The bathroom was just the other side of the hallway outside our room. There were three double beds in our room and lots of biscuits and water.... We would come back here again with our gaggle of teenage nieces and nephews and it will be perfect! Same price or maybe half the price for the entire room As for one person in another hotel... And you are on the corner with Nassau street, minutes from everything.... In this climate.... It gets 5 stars in my book.... For cleanliness, comfortable beds, close to everything and great value for money. Breakfast bag a great handy healthy addition too.

Perfect hotel for an over night city getaway with the girls. Close proximity to Dominos for that post Coppers craving. Mighty craic with the night porter. Sound lad! Only issue was no toilet in the room but this is stated on the website, it was fine for us but just for others to be aware.

What I will say first is that if you are looking for a 5 star hotel then this is not the place for you but this hotel still a lot to offer if you're looking for somewhere to bunk down for a few days. The room I was in was clean, comfortable, warm, quiet and the beds were great - I slept like a baby!
It's situated in the centre of the city and although they don't have a restaurant, you are no more than a stones throw from Grafton street etc. and all the restaurants they has to offer. A practically nice tough I thought was the breakfast on-the-go bag in the morning which would be perfect for anyone setting out on a days sight seeing. The staff were so very helpful and friendly and I don't have a bad thing to say about them.

My wife and I had the misfortune to book this place for our single night in Dublin last June. It was a Friday and at that time there was a bar right underneath our room, which I read has since closed.
We checked in and went out for dinner, however when we got back the Karaoke competition was in full rage. In our room, you could hear every painful note as if you were in the bar and a conversation was impossible, never mind sleep.
You could sing a long if you fancied it -- thing is, we'd booked the room to sleep in.
The hotel advertises that it could be loud, but this was like trying to sleep in a speaker.
We complained and were told nothing could be done.
After arguing with the over-worked receptionist we eventually managed to get hold of the manager by phone, who found us a spare room at a sister hotel and paid for our cab there.
We finally got to bed at 1am having first tried to sleep at 10pm.
Great that we finally got the problem solved, but only after several hours and an initial insistence that 'nothing could be done' -- which was not true.
I wrote a letter of complaint and asked for a refund, as no room like that should ever be offered where sleep is so impossible, but my request was declined by the management.
It was unfortunate to time our stay with Karaoke night -- the lad who sang 'Living on a Prayer' was the deserved winner, but I'd have preferred some sleep.
