Stayed here with my boyfriend last weekend for a night away, staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfy, breaksfast was gorgeous. The bar men were lovely and very chatty. I would recommend. I will be back

My review is about mcgettigans cookhouse which is part of the hotel or used by clients of kings wood hotel . Really enjoy the food and a good selection for the customer s . It is family friendly and staff are friendly and supportive . Highly rate and hotel is good and clean and conveniently based too

Really enjoyed staying a couple of nights at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and very clean. Breakfast was great. A good variety and especially enjoyed the pancake maker! Would certainly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is just off the N7 close to Citywest in Dublin but is difficult to find. My SatNav brought me level with the hotel on the N7 but I had missed the correct exit. I then spent a further 15 minutes getting back to the correct exit. Even then, it was not so straightforward. Kingswood is a big area so even with signs for Kingswood clearly visible, there were none with a brown tourist sign indicating a hotel.
Having said all that, when I got there the facilities were good with very friendly staff.

Absolutely loved this hotel, decor in reception fab, spotless and very very friendly staff, nothing was to much trouble for them. The Food was fab also and the breakfast, it was self service with all that you would want. It was a Lovely and quiet hotel, not a sound at night as we had our little child with us.. Location excellent to Dublin City, Avoca, crokagh Park, dundrum shopping centre. Just lovely and would highly recommend this hotel.
However it didnât have any facilities as in a spa, pool etc on site. We didnât mind.. it was still beautiful
