The hotel can be considered as a strategic place to stay since there is alot of souvenir shop nearby. Besides, the hotel provide MPV to send or pick up their customer with affordable price so it's easy for us to visit far places. Breakfast in buffet style also provided every morning. The hotel room is clean and spacious and all basic toiletries were provided. Aside from the Blue Sapphire Restaurant, the hotel also have Spa and Karaoke within the hotel building. Thus, we don't really have to go out far to look for entertainment and relaxation because Hotel Kini have it all.

Positives are the top the rooms are large and quiet, the bed comfortable, and the buffet breakfast offered a good range of tasty food.
Negative was that the hotel is looking tired and could do with a renovation, or at least a coat of paint. There were some dubious looking marks on the wall in my room. Needs a good makeover. See photos.

The lobby was located on the first floor of the building so either you take the lift or walk up the staircase to check in. Was given a room in the new wing. No complains about the room as it was very spacious, clean, comfortable beds, good lighting with all the necessary facilities except for the wifi which was not accessible in our room throughout our 2 days stay and the aircon which was not cold enough. B/f was so so and consist mainly of local cuisine only. Location of hotel however was strategic with eateries and souvenir shops located nearby.

Location of this hotel is at the downtown of Pontianak. It's an old hotel, but clean and spacious. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. There is no non smoking rooms in this hotel.

local hotel in the city centre. a very convenient location and the room is quite clean and the rooms are quite spacious. around the hotel there are shopping centres and numerous food vendors. It's just from a price quote and service less satisfying.
