Staff was good . Valve for money . I booked by their toll free no. In which I got better price comparatively every booking site . Breakfast was also good . Overall it near to all the places to visit and next to main areas

Good budget hotel equipped with all amenities except tea maker. Rooms were spacious and well managed. Food is ok. They serve bit less items in breakfast buffet though whatever they serve that too with love and smiling face, which shows a great example of hospitality. Front office gentleman(Not able to recall the name) was very nice to us, he even helped us to book a cab to catch our flight.To be honest I was bit sceptical about this hotel till the last moment but all my doubts got cleared off.. I will surely recommend this hotel to others

Not happy with front office staff. If asked any assistance they were not willing to guide. We were here for 2 nights in beginning of November. Second day we were supposed to leave late by 800pm and we had requested for a single room for 2 families with small kids and they informed that rooms are sold out. But online on OTA's rooms were available. Despite our request they didn't accepted and later the front office manager Mr. Shakti told that he will accommodate us all in one room, we were 5 adults n 2 kids with charge of 1500/, as a business gesture hotels offer late check out for goodwill. But this guys didn't.
Not worth staying. Breakfast was good.

nice budget hotel with fairly good rooms....staffs are very cordial....we had booked 3 rooms for a day's stay, breakfast was complementary and though few dishes in Breakfast buffet but food was good...not much food options for non vegetarians since, the restaurant is vegetarian

Visited Amritsar for a couple of days and stayed in this hotel. Walking distance from railway station so very convenient if you are travelling by train. Not far from the tourist places and the awesome eating places in Amritsar. Almost on the main road - so conveyance is easily available. Hotel room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Not a very high-end hotel but definitely value for money. Would definitely recommend if going for a short stay. Only drawback is no lift
