We didn't stay here but, oh my gosh, the food in the restaurant was amazing! We had the gobi manchurian and the chicken curry - ate all of it ðhighly recommend dropping in this spot for dinner. The beach is across the road

Koder house is the place to be for N.Y.E celebration in fort Kochi, the New Year's day carnival passes directly in front and the balcony view can not be beaten.
However, it's ridiculously overpriced so if you're not there New year it is not worth the money.
The suites are huge, with separate dressing room bigger than most bedrooms. The balcony tiny, barely big enough for 2 to stand on.
The photo is misleading, this is a terraced properties with no grounds.
The food is poor value.
It's a lovely historic building & worth a visit to look round & maybe have a drink, if you're interested in the history but there are far better value places in which to stay.

Koder House has a charming warm atmosphere. We stayed in the top floor Junior Suite. It was spacious with effective shower and comfortable bed. The staff were all polite and helpful. The location was ideal and the restaurant so good we avoided other options. We stayed for five nights and enjoyed every one of them. A beautiful boutique hotel.

The rooms are more than spacious! The beds are comfortable and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Location is perfect with atmosphere galore! There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, including one at the hotel.

We stayed here for an overnight stay. We were given a top floor suite with a large bed room and walkin dressing area. The room has a small balcony over looking huge trees and children park.
The reception staff are good especially Rajesh and a lady.
The break fast is good , although would have been great if buffet option is available.
Walkable to the Chinese fishing nets and the beach area. But the beach area is fully of smell and dogs. Would not recommend the beach. Better to skip it.
