My wife became dreadfully sick when we were in Denpassar. When we arrived the staff at Komaneka treated her like a baby. The carted me to physicians and apothecaries making sure we had the medicines we needed. They made sure my wife was comfortable, well fed and well coddled.
The exquisite grounds on the jungle's edge were everything we expected. Great dining, Great pools, We even got a chance top wear traditional Indonesian costume for a keepsake photo session. I even enjoyed the cooking classes. And most importantly . . . a GREAT caring staff.

The place is very nice and staff is kind but I had a bad experience. I had a couples massage for 1 hour but we only had 35 minutes and most of it was wasted on tea and being seated. After I was charged for a full 1 hour, I informed the management and they said they will check and refund me but I never received any refund. So watch out for honesty. If you are afraid of insects or frogs this is not the place for you. Otherwise, staff is very friendly and room is nice.

Tanggayuda is the perfect spot to escape from the busy town of Ubud and enjoy a quiet and relaxed setting in the surrounding jungle. the food was amazing and the views from the dining areas were even better. All the staff were incredibly friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. I will definitely be recommending this place to anyone planning on travelling to Bali.

This property and location are absolutely incredible! Super quiet and really well maintained, as well as the nicest staff, made our stay highly enjoyable. The infinity pools and jacuzzi boast amazing views and were the perfect way to cool down after the hot days. Overall, an incredible experience that truly show the beauty of Bali and I would highly recommend.

We stayed here for 6 nights in January. It is a great hotel, they upgraded our room when we arrived as it was very quiet. We chose the half board option which was great value - you get either 3 courses for lunch or dinner, breakfast is also included. Food is very varied and also plenty of cocktails and juices on the menu.
We got the hotel shuttle down to Ubud a few times which is really quick and easy.
Unfortunately I got sick half way into our trip which meant we were stuck in our room for 24 hours. The staff were really helpful and provided us with what we needed and asked how I was when I eventually emerged!
Going in January means you are at the height of the rainy season. We had a good few days of rain but we were still able to make the most of the time we had. We did wood carving at the hotel and had a massage at the spa.
If you pay on American Express you get 20% discount at the spa and on the a la carte menu.
A great hotel made even better by the staff. Thanks for a lovely stay!
