The nice view is the best this place can offer you. Food is regular and aims to reach the expat community.

The Terrace Cafe was cheap and had a buffet lunch which was cheap and reasonable. Indonesia food with some local dishes.

Although popular with the UN personnel in Timor, Terrace Cafe is popular because of the quick, no fuss lunch buffet. Quality of the food is dismal. Dishes are varied, but cold and unappetising. The buffet is cheap, reflecting the quality and enjoyability of the food. I would not reccommend it to anyone looking for quality and standard food.

A fave with expats this unpretenious cafe has good cheap food on offer starting at $1US per service. It is a bain marie cafeteria style with lots on offer.
